​By booking or receiving services through our studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, professionalism, and your safety and satisfaction.

1. Medical Disclaimer​

​

Our paramedical tattoo, red light therapy, and microcurrent therapy services are non-invasive and intended to support skin appearance, comfort, and confidence. These treatments are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your physician before undergoing any service if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are undergoing treatment.

2. Client Eligibility

Services are provided only to clients who are 18 years or older. All clients must complete a consent and health history form before treatment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services based on medical conditions or contraindications.

3. Booking & Cancellations

​

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a rebooking fee.

4. Results & Expectations

​

Individual results vary. While our services aim to restore and enhance natural beauty and skin confidence, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results, and aftercare is essential to healing and long-term success.

5. Aftercare Responsibility

​

Clients will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions tailored to each service. It is the client’s responsibility to follow this guidance to ensure proper healing and best results. We are not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare.

6. Hygiene & Safety

​

Hidden Hue adheres to all professional hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards. All needles and tools used in tattoo procedures are single-use and sterile. Equipment used in therapy services is sanitized between clients.

7. Refusal of Service

​

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, or when treatment is not in the client’s best interest for health or ethical reasons.
