Refund Policy - the basics

1. 48-Hour Cancellation Notice:
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a $100 cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not show up to their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and will be required to pay in full to rebook future appointments.

3. Late Rescheduling Fee:
Rescheduling within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid before the new appointment can be confirmed.

4. Deposit Non-Refundable:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time. Deposits are transferable once with proper notice but will be forfeited if the client cancels or reschedules multiple times.

5. Medical Exceptions:
Cancellations due to medical emergencies must be accompanied by official documentation. If approved, the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment within 60 days.

6. Arrival Grace Period:

Any unopened products (seal still intact) can be returned for a full refund with in 2 weeks of purchase
